  • Using Firefox on Windows, you clicked a link under "iTunes" or "Live365." You get an error.
    • These links do not work on Firefox. Use RealOne (recommended) or Windows Media Player to listen. If you don't have these, click one of the large icons to download. Alternatively, you can use Internet Explorer along with the free Live365 player.
       
  • You see the word "Undefined" everywhere in the player window
    • If you see the word "undefined" appearing several times inside the Player Window, than your Norton Firewall is blocking Live365 content. How to adjust your firewall.
       
  • You get an error like "PLA_2000009"
    • If you are getting a PLA-200009 error, than you may be behind a personal or corporate firewall. Contact your network administrator to allow you to access Live365 stations. You can enter proxy information on the Live365 Listener Settings page.
       
  • You see messages about enabling cookies
  • You see a window repeatedly open and close when trying to listen
    • If you see a window repeatedly open and close, you are likely using an unsupported browser. Live365, our Internet radio service, supports Internet Explorer. Please try using Internet Explorer when using Live365.
       
  • Other problems
